Property News | Can you believe your eyes?
With the advent of easily accesible AI we are increasingly seeing it used in the Estate Agency sector. The AI written property descriptions are easy to spot, the use of flowery prose and unlikely vocabulary!. But, now many agents are using AI to enhance photos and add 'artists impressions' of how a property might look after a reform or with new furniture. Not a bad thing, as many of us struggle to envisage how a property could look. However, it is essential that agents are honest about what they are offering, with 'Before' and 'After' photos clearly labelled so there is no confusion.
We have already had clients who viewed with other agents saying they were confused and disappointed and felt their time had been wasted. Hopefully, agents will use AI sensibly to best showcase their properties without misleading clients.
