Property News | WE NEVER CHARGE OUR BUYERS!!
A number of recent clients have told us that other Agents had tried to charge them a fee for buying a property. In one case the Agent had asked for an 'upfront' payment of 300e before even showing them houses, if they bought they would be refunded 100e!!
We have been agents for more than 20 years and have never charged buyers a fee of any sort.I can only imagine these agents are not very successful and use this method to boost their income. Reputable agents are paid their commission by the seller and do not need to ask for additional monies.
